Passed away peacefully at Wagga Wagga Base Hospital on Monday, 22nd April 2024. Father of Nasstassja and Kaytlyn. Much loved son of Verle and Forbes Gilson (both dec’d). Dearly loved brother of Alison. Cherished friend of Deb. Over 34 years’ service for the Wagga Wagga and Southern region SES. An active member of the Wagga Wagga Sailing Club.
A Service to Celebrate the Life of Doug will be held on Friday, 3rd May 2024, in the Karinya Room, Bance Funeral Services, 12 Ashmont Avenue Wagga Wagga, commencing at 10.30am. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend.
